  1. SEXHAR is a text file from the U.S. Department of Labor entitled,
  2. "Guidelines for Employers on Sexual Harassment (uploaded Aug. 18,
  3. 1993).  This details a model effort to eliminate sexual harassment in
  4. the workplace, definitions of sexual harassment, and more.  It's
  5. interesting reading.  As Lynn Martin, the Secretary of Labor says, "This
  6. is not just to make women 'comfortable' in the workplace.  It is so that
  7. women and men can have a workplace where each may grow and prosper."
